School Organisation
The organisational structure of this school is developed through:
- Headmaster, Deputy Head and Senior Staff who initiate general strategies.
- Heads of Junior and Senior School who, in conjunction with Year Heads, ensure the highest possible standards in uniform, behaviour and academic achievement.
- Special Education Needs and ICT managers who take responsibility for the development of their respective specialisms across the curriculum.
- Heads of Departments who are responsible for the creation of academic courses and for the general organisation of their curricular areas.
- Year Heads who co-ordinate discipline, pastoral and curriculum-related matters.
- Form Teachers who take a special and caring interest in the personal and social education of the pupils on a daily basis.
