Year 12 Hospitality Function 2011
On Friday 11th of March the Year 12 GCSE Hospitality class held a function as part of their GCSE controlled assessment. They invited 13 members of staff to the meal at lunchtime in the Home Economics Department.
All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the delicious four course meal and requested a repeat performance every Friday lunch time!!
It was a very successful event and everyone enjoyed being part of the restaurant team despite all the hard work.
