Dundonald Ice Bowl
On the 21st June we went to Dundonald Ice Bowl for a reward trip. On the trip we went ice-skating and bowling.
We left the school at 9:30am and arrived at roughly 10:30am. When we got there we went ice-skating for one hour. First we got our ice-skates on and then we went on the ice. It was really slippery and some people slipped and fell but most people went home without any injuries. There were also professionals on the ice when we were there and they were dancing. We went off the ice at 11:55am and got our shoes on and got ready for lunch.
Then we got our lunch in the café
at the ice bowl at 12:00pm. When we had finished our lunch at 1:00pm we went bowling at the bowling alleys. We had to change our shoes to bowling shoes. When we started bowling there was a lot of music and different kinds of lights. Then a man came in and played different games with us like "Brain Teasers" and "Guess the Tune." Mrs Taylor and Sophie Flanagan had to guess a tune and do the Macarena dance.
Overall we had a great time at the Dundonald Ice Bowl.
We got on the bus at about 2:00pm and got back to school at 3:00pm and sun bathed on the grass for 20 minutes and then we went home.
