Year 11 Consumer Awareness

The Year 11 GCSE Home Economics class were involved in "Consumer Awareness Controlled Assessment" on Monday 14th March during Fairtrade fortnight.

The session took the form of a comparative food study on 'Fairtrade Products'. A group of Year 11, Year 12, Year 14 students and five members of staff took part in the study. Everyone enjoyed the sampling session and very honest responses were given!

A range of products were sampled which included tea, coffee, pure orange juice, chocolate and cereal bars.
